about

Some things are inevitable or fate. We are born and we die. However the path we take in between is largely up to us. We have to transcend the effects of actions we have made. We have to twist destiny. The feel of this song echoes the phase of Red Beat in the early 80's apocalyptic rock days of The Missing Album and The Wheel.

lyrics

Twister of Destiny
( words and music Roy Jones)

Stone, wood, fire,
Breathe electric will
Catch forgotten energy
Shallow shadow drown
Slow flowing water
Under mind shaft
Twister of destiny
Dance to my drum

Twister of destiny
Tomorrow's river run
Twister of destiny
Dance to my drum

Wind, thunder, glacier,
Molten lava tears
Primal screams of wonder
Fusion disappears
Seed bank of causes
Prophecy's effect
Avatar of consequence
Ignite my vision

Twister of destiny
Tomorrow's river run
Twister of destiny
Dance to my drum

Twister of destiny
Tomorrow's river run
Twister of destiny
Dance to my drum
